Method
Whisk eggs in a small bowl.
Add Nourish (hemp protein powder), salt and pepper to eggs and whisk until combined.
Melt butter or oil in frying pan on medium heat.
Add egg mixture to pan and cook to your liking (about 3 mins).
Sprinkle with chives and enjoy!
