Green Eggs And Hemp

This is a delicious recipe that is so simple and quick to make – boost the nutritional goodness of your eggs with Byron Bay Labs’ 100% hemp protein powder.
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Nourish (Hemp protein powder)
- Salt + pepper to your taste
- 1 tsp butter or oil
- chives (optional)
- Whisk eggs in a small bowl.
- Add Nourish (hemp protein powder), salt and pepper to eggs and whisk until combined.
- Melt butter or oil in frying pan on medium heat.
- Add egg mixture to pan and cook to your liking (about 3 mins).
- Sprinkle with chives and enjoy!
