We use Amazon’s distribution network to deliver our products. The time taken for delivery will vary depending on the delivery method chosen and your location. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order being placed online. If there is an inventory shortage we will contact you via phone or email to ensure we can fill your order.
Orders totaling less than $75 will be charged a flat fee of $9.90 for shipping. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders totaling $75 or more.

Outside of Australia
Overseas shipping fees will be calculated based on weight and location and take about 14-21 days for delivery.
We will issue you with a tracking number by email and/or SMS, and you will be able to track the location of your package. Returns and refunds
If you purchased an item from a stockist, please refer to that store’s return policies and contact them directly.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it (special promotions are excluded). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and a store credit or a replacement will be issued (please note: shipping costs not included). Once we receive the returned item/s, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
