  • Whisk eggs in a small bowl.
  • Add Nourish (hemp protein powder), salt and pepper to eggs and whisk until combined.
  • Melt butter or oil in frying pan on medium heat.
  • Add egg mixture to pan and cook to your liking (about 3 mins).
  • Sprinkle with chives and enjoy!
