Avocado + Hemp Seed Toast
A quick and easy breakfast that's also healthy.
Ingredients
- ½ Avocado
- 2 tbsp Thrive (Hemp seed) or Balance (Hemp seed + Wattleseed)
- 2 slices bread
- Salt + pepper
- (optional) Herbs to your taste
- (optional) squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- Toast bread
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl and mix with the other ingredients
- Spread the mixture over the toast and enjoy!
