  • 2 tbsp Thrive (Hemp seed) or Balance (Hemp seed + Wattleseed)
  • 2 slices bread
  • Salt + pepper
  • (optional) Herbs to your taste
  • (optional) squeeze of lemon juice


  • Toast bread
  • Mash the avocado in a small bowl and mix with the other ingredients
  • Spread the mixture over the toast and enjoy!
