  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until mixed well (2 - 3 minutes).
  • Form firm balls from the mixture.
  • Roll in dessicated coconut.

These coconut and date hemp protein balls can be served at room temperature or after being refrigerated - either way, they are extremely yummy and very satisfying!
Tip: for a richer, more moist result, add an extra 1/4 cup of coconut milk.
